Everyone knows that relationships, even the most loving, can be challenging. Like our bodies, they need attention and regular checkups to stay in top form. When there is a problem, it’s best to address it right away to avoid further complications later on. How many of us spend time improving our relationship fitness? Just like muscles, relationships need to be stimulated in challenging ways in order to grow and be flexible. Tuning up our relationships on a regular basis can improve couple longevity and satisfaction. Relationship fitness is the ability to grow stronger because of, not despite, challenges. With our group counseling services, we promote and foster the benefits of growing, healing, and learning together.
