The Director of Clinical Operations is a skilled leader who looks to foster a culture of collaboration at all levels with the goal of producing a high performing organization. They will manage and support the clinical function of the organization. They will oversee clinical operations including clinical psychotherapy services, clinical recruitment, training, and intake. This position will also lead HIPAA compliance for the organization. They will collaborate with senior management, and act as a liaison between CCC, external partners and stakeholders. The Director of Clinical of Operations reports to the Executive Director.

Are you an experienced, licensed psychotherapist who would like to join a community of dedicated clinicians serving a wide range of underserved adult clients in Chicago? Cathedral Counseling Center (CCC) is engaged in the ongoing expansion of our community of clinical social workers, professional counselors, and other licensed therapists. As the demand for our services continues to grow, Cathedral continues to seekout therapists/counselors who wish to be a part of who wish to bring mental healthcare to those who, due to financial barriers, would otherwise go without care and fall through the cracks.
CCC provides individual, group, and couple psychotherapy, as well as premarital counseling and a Relationship Checkup program. Care is offered without regard to religious affiliation, race, ethnicity, ability status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.

About the Position
Therapist contracts begin at 10 weekly session hours of individual or couple therapy. Services are provided virtually or in-person based on client and therapist needs and prefereneces. Therapists have the opportunity to participate with our community of colleagues through monthly consultation groups with CEUs on trauma treatment, couple therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. In-service training opportunities are also available.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be committed to the practice of psychotherapy with a diverse clientele and to ongoing professional development. CCC seeks diversity in our applicants. Applicants must hold current Illinois licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT or the terminal clinical PhD or PsyD in psychology, carry malpractice insurance, and have solid clinical experience following licensure.
