Psychotherapy is a treatment used to help a person find relief from mental or emotional pain. It involves communication between a trained practitioner and the client(s) in the following formats:
Individual Therapy
Clients can receive treatment to address a broad array of life stresses and psychological issues. The diverse experience of the Center's therapists enables us to match a client's needs with a therapist's skills and expertise and there is no limit on the number of sessions. Our therapists are experienced in working with:

Couple Therapy
Several of the Center's therapists have specialty training and an interest in working with couple. We are able to provide counseling services to couple struggling with communication problems, life's transitions, adjustment difficulties, and intimacy concerns.

Psychotherapy GroupsOngoing psychotherapy groups address each group member's interpersonal experience and self- image within a safe, responsive and challenging group setting. Groups are structured to reinforce the strengths that each group member brings into the group while fostering further personal growth and interpersonal vitality.
Clergy Consultation GroupsThese therapist-facilitated peer support and consultation groups provide a safe and engaging place for clergy to discuss professional and personal concerns and to enhance their skills as spiritual and community leaders.
